I'm thrilled with that news from Sakic. I don't have faith that Jones would live up to projections, while I think Mack will.
Defense can be addresses other ways.

Hawks tie it up! What a series! This series is EXACTLY what the NHL needs. It needs to promote its brand in the US following the lockout, and I have to say it's working. This year's final is smashing ratings records. Four instant classics between two teams who are VERY hungry and VERY worthy of being there! |

If it weren't for the concussions (fuck you Kasparaitis), Lindros would have been totally worth it....and he basically was THE reason they built the WFC. Snider was having trouble getting the financing.
