I run just one other team in another sim league.
If I mixed my teams, my top six forwards, top four Dmen, and two goalers would look like this:
Kovalchuk-Crosby-Havlat Malkin-Jokinen-Ryan
Aucoin x2 - Clitsome Foote - Sulzer Myers - Lovejoy
Not too amazing on the D.
Luongo-Bryzgalov

Down to 2 leagues.. NLHS and EXHL.. A mixed roster team would be..
Nash (N) - Stamkos (N) - Giroux (N) Tavares (N) - Kesler (E) - Sharp (N) Pacioretty (N) - Toews (N) - C.Stewart (E) Skinner x2 - Couture (N) - Gionta (N)
Chara (N) - Seabrook (N) Keith (E) - Doughty x2 Pietrangelo (N) - Subban (N)
Price (N) Howard x2
For EXHL, the league file was deleted or lost or something during a computer crash so we started with a fresh start this year and a full auto draft and then each team was designated a number 1-30, and then at the same time each GM had his name pulled from a hat to determine what number he has.. So let's say when my name was pulled I got number 11, then I'd look to see what team had 11 and that was my team, so both the teams and GM's were drawn seperately for added mixture.. Alittle fishy tho when the comish is a Habs fan and then "surprisingly" gets a team with Price, Subban, Patches and Cams hahahaha

I'm here and WHL. My NLHS squad is vastly superior, the WHL team I took over hasn't made the playoffs in 13 years.
Umberger (N) - Lecavalier (N, W) - Briere (N) Kulemin (N) - Legwand (N, W) - Kessel (N) Hartnell (N) - Hanzal (W) - Erat (N) Wolski (W) - Gagner (N) - Brouwer (W)
Weber (N) - Suter (N, W) Staal (W) - Yandle (N) Whitney (N) - Bouwmeester (N)
Rinne (N) Howard (W)

I took over the Atlanta Thrashers in EXHL 3 years ago from a GM that gutted their prospects and picks and only had Iginla to show for it, needless to say I competely overturned the team 3 teams and missed the playoffs last year by 1 point.. Varlamov was my starting goalie and won 16 straight games to finish off the season. I had Skinner, Eberle and Shattenkirk as prospects that wouldve been eligible to play this year, I wasn't a happy camper but oh well shit happens lol.

well it's my third season in WHL, first pre-season game was actually this morning. This off-season I trade every single pick in the next two drafts and Nik Kulemin to bring in...
Lecavalier, Legwand, Hanzal, Wolski, Brouwer, Staal, Howard
Last season my top line was Marek Svatos, Val Filppula and Dustin Boyd. If that tells you how shitty we were, Elliott was my starting goalie who missed 16 games with injury so I had to rely on Conklin and Lalime 8O

going through my first offseason with the ICHL right now. Well first the background, the league itself was almost folded this season and I was in talks with them to absorb their GM's into NLHS. They decided to go ahead with the next season and keep the league together, I however decided to manage one of their vacant teams (Islanders) with I guess the devious intentions that i'll have the inside track to their GM's if the league is in peril again in another season or two... in the meantime i'll try to manage the Isles as best I can. It's a retro league that started in in the 1991 season and is now in the 1999 season, though it doesn't follow NHL retirements... my free agents to re-sign this summer were Pat Lafontaine, Martin Straka and Steve Heinze. Locked up Lafontaine for 3 more seasons on a reasonable deal and qualified Straka and Heinze. Straka wanted something like $2M which was ridiculous IMO and I qualified him at $750,000... anyway, today the Kings signed him to an offer sheet for 3 years $3M/year... HAHAHAHA as compensation I receive their first and second round pick this year AND next year as well as $3.5M cash. Isles just made out like bandits and the Kings have a terrible contract and no draft picks. If they didn't offer him, I would have probably traded him to them for a draft pick now i've got a nice UFA offer to Doug Gilmour to replace Straka and if that fails I just picked up Mike Ribeiro in the dispersal draft, plus the four first round picks I have in the next two drafts! at the cost of losing Martin Straka? HELL YES!

my bid on Gilmour was successful... $1.7M... so i've got Lafontaine and Gilmour for $3.5M combined, plus the 4 draft picks. Losing Straka is okay because i've got Saku Koivu, Ribeiro and Handzus coming up for when Lafontaine and Gilmour retire.

This is my only league. Are most GMs in multiple leagues?

I've been thinking about joining another league, but if I did, it would probably be one sort of like ICHL, in that it's not in the present time.

ICHL is full, Justin took the last spot... WHL I think has an opening, maybe two. Whenever Michael makes an announcement on open spots I'll post it here, it's the league that I got most of the ideas for NLHS from, except NLHS is more active from commish and GM standpoints. WHL is entirely e-mail based, so it's a pretty slow league. A very good league, it's been around since 1993!!!! but I think NLHS is now superior in all ways other than the history of WHL.
ICHL, haven't been in long enough to make a good judgement. The forums isn't near as active as ours and the league almost died after this last season... so i'm assuming there are some issues there as well.
As long as I've got steady internet access, I can promise you guys that NLHS will remain an active presence online and i'll always be aggressive about keeping the GM spots filled with quality GM's. IF there's ever a day in the future (and trust me it would be DISTANT future) that I want to get out of this role, i'd definitely pass off NLHS to Justin or another dedicated, trusted member who wanted to take the reigns if he didn't.

Here are the ICHL lines for my Devils (OV in ()s) Jeremy Stevenson (65)-Adam Oates(71)-Arron Asham (64 - 88 potential!) Joe Sacco (64)-Daymond Langkow(67)-Sergei Krivokrasov(62) Geoff Sanderson (63)-Adam Graves (66)-Ville Nieminen(62) Jason Wiemer (57)-Darcy Tucker(65)-Mike Keane(61) Brian Campbell(65 - 20 years old!!)-Sylvain Lefebvre (65) Matthias Timander(64)-Ken Daneyko(64) Aki Berg(61)-Chris McAllister(62) Chris Terreri(72) JS Aubin (64, but a potential in the 90s) I took over the team and traded John Cullen, Don Sweeney, Vladimir Orszagh, Ladislav Benysek, Alyn McCauley, and a 2nd round pick for Oates, Aubin, and Lefebvre. My team needs improvement lol. On the farm, with high potential ratings: Alexander Selivanov Yuri Butsayev JF Fortin Dany Sabourin (he's THAT OLD? I just saw him shelled with Hershey in AHL playoffs 2 months ago!) Mark Parrish John Erskine (thought he was much younger than that)
