Comrie is a good grab for Winnipeg as well.

I'm feeling a bit better about this draft now.
Morrissey was off the board, but Petan was a steal and Comrie gives us a new option in goal if Pav falters.

? WELCOME TO WINNIPEG MICHAEL FROLIK!! He has loads of unrealized potential unless he gets a penalty shot. He and Kruger were outstanding on the PK this year. I wouldn't be surprised if Kruger was also dealt. 2 guys who have yet to realize their potential. Hope Frolik does good. Like the Jets too. Hope this gives Brandon Pirri a shot for the Hawks next season.

Jets getting some scoring in the late rounds between Petan, Lodge, and Lipon.

The replay of Fucale's dad is hilarious. More importantly, his sister is hot.

Jets did REALLY well after the first round plot twist. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Nice of LA to trade that 7th round pick to New Jersey so they could select Anthony Brodeur.
Also, Connor Crisp the one-time goalie is now a Canadien! Nice!

Preds need top line scoring most of all... and draft defensemen with their first two picks.
Okay, Jones was hands down the best player available at #4. The three teams ahead of us really screwed us out of finally landing our franchise forward. Now it's up to Poile to do what he's never done and add real talent through trade/free agency. If that doesn't happen, Preds are picking in the top 5 again next year.

How I feel about Montreal's picks:
Michael McCarron is a player who's going to take some time to develop, but he has a decent amount of scoring ability already, and his size is something that Montreal really needs.
I'm surprised that Jacob de la Rose was still on the board by the time Montreal had picked him. This guy has the potential to be playing a lot of minutes per game. I don't know if I'd consider him a top-line player, but he'd definitely be on the second line for sure. Nice pick up considering when he was taken.
I anticipate that there will be an issue down the road in regards to Carey Price and Zach Fucale. I don't know necessarily that the town's big enough for the two of them. Maybe they can be a great tandem, who knows, but Montreal drafting the top goalie in the draft while already having one of the best goalies in the league may turn out to be a dumb move or a stroke of genius. We will just have to wait and see.
Artturi Lehkonen had 30 points in 45 games this season playing for Kalpa in the SM-Liiga. He's not the biggest guy, but he has the potential to be a speedy sniper.
I like the pickup of Connor Crisp, as he is another big player who can chip in some points every now and then.
Sven Andrighetto may be a small guy, but there's no denying the amount of talent that he has. He may be a dud in the NHL, he could be quite talented. Who knows.
Martin Reway is a bit like Andrighetto but smaller. He too could become a threat in the NHL if he can correctly adjust to the North American style of playing.
Jeremy Gregoire could be a physical presence, but I don't know if he has the talent to make it at the professional level.

RANDOM POST DRAFT THOUGHT
Mike Comrie scored the last NHL goal ever in the city of Atlanta, right? And yesterday, Winnipeg drafted his half-brother, Eric...with a pick that without Pittsburgh, who Mike was on at the time, would not have existed.
You see, the pick used on Comrie was a compensatory pick for not signing 2008 first round pick Daultan Leveille. But that first round pick actually came FROM PITTSBURGH in the Marian Hossa trade.
