It could go either way, I think. Your target pick for the 4th round didn't do any better than O'Brien with Ottawa this season, but he did have more success with the B-Sens this season, although O'Brien played less games.

My target pick also tore up the WC with 6 points in 7 games for a surprise team, for what it's worth.

The Nova Scotia Titans are once again scouting towns and cities to host their upcoming training camp. Rumored to be in the running are Antigonish NS, Digby NS, St. John's NF, Bathurst NB, Val d'Or OC, Rouyn-Nouranda QC, Peterbourough ON and Kelowna BC.
