Music: Alternative and Classic Rock, but mostly Punk and Metal!!! Bands: Amon Amarth You. You have potential on the music front then. I may be able to show you a few names you'll like that you've likely never heard of if Amon Amarth is up your alley.

Dan Brown - GM, Kansas City Scouts
NLHS 5 will be my 3rd season In NLHS. My 3-year building plan to be a legitimate contender is ready to go now. With some rerates up front I think we look to be in good shape.
51 years old (Geezer), Married to Carol Brown for 9 yrs. She is GM of the Joplin Outlaws. Two daughters, Aldea (19) and Jasmine (8). Both are my girls. I don't believe in that step-parent crap.
Born and raised in Chicago. Currently living in the redneck hell - the middle of nowhere that is SE Kansas. Carol is from here.
Favorite teams...
Baseball - Cubs although Sammy lying his ASS off to Congress and the whole steroid thing ruined baseball for me. If they ever GET into the World Series, the apocalypse is nigh. Football - Chicago Bears 30 years waiting for another Super Bowl win. Basketball - was a Bulls fan but after watching Jordan win 6 Championships, I am satiated with that sport. NOBODY will EVER play the game like M.J. Hockey - Blackhawks. Looooong suffering fan and earned the right to fully enjoy the golden era of hockey in Chicago. A real fan. No bandwagon jumper here.
Music - An eclectic mix of everything old and new. No country. I prefer to hear and understand the words.
Working at Amazon which sucks but the only employer around here and they know it. I sanded boats for years and tore both shoulders bad. My right arm is essentially useless for reaching or grabbing anything. I can't lift it past waist level at all. It is locked up. Still trying to work, which is all you can do when they give disability to those that don't need it but they say I'm fine. I wish. I'd like to be, but it's not the case.

I'm Reid Cathcart, owner of the recently relocated San Francisco Demons. Last season was my first full season at the helm and we made it through to the 2nd round of the playoffs. I'm from Australia, signed up to NLHS when I was living in Montreal, moved back to Australia, now I'm living in the Bay Area after moving here in Feb. I've been a hockey fan for most of my life, triggered by EA Sports NHL Hockey on PC. As there wasnt much access to hockey in Australia in the early 90's my expat Canadian friend and I would watch his Don Cherry videos all night. I even tried to play a couple of seasons but I was so ridiculously bad I gave up. Favorite NHL team: Vancouver Canucks Favorite player: Alexander Mogilny NBA: Spurs NFL: Eagles MLB: Blue Jays/Bay Area teams Favorite music: Electronica And I'm another January birthday

Every note of every song is burned into my brain, I have my one and only tattoo for them. Also saw them last year in the front row of a small venue, fist bumped Johan a few times, got their sweat all over me, got a pick and my buddy got their set list when it was over. Going to see them again twice this year in Chattanooga and Knoxville!

Some of my favorite bands have been making the trek over to Ottawa and the main venue is a small one. Two of them are coming again in January, can't wait! Check out the posts I make in the music thread (when I get around to it). I'm sure you'll find something in your alley

Finally picked an NBA team to follow.
Originally I wanted whoever got Dario Saric in the draft, and was happy when Orlando got him. After he was traded to the Sixers I was just like "NOPE".
So after my friend egged me on for AGES, I've settled on the Charlotte Hornets.
