Alright boys. This is it. The last day of the season.
Don't worry about Quebec. They're the Wanderers' business. Worry about kicking some Nova Scotia ass today. We want that President's Trophy, division title, and first-round bye. It's simple business - just win, baby. And as a wise man once said: "Today, destiny is our friend." Go get 'em, boys.

And an inactive team pity points their way to a President's Trophy. Yuck.

And an inactive team pity points their way to a President's Trophy. Yuck. They have been consistently been damn good regardless. I am still trying to wrap my mind around why Gus lost interest in a team that good. Don't know what I'd do if I had to write non-fiction in the Star, lol. I sure as hell wouldn't quit the league, though. You'll have to burn me out like a tick, I'm not going anywhere.
Hey are we having farm playoffs after the Pro ones? My Oilers hung onto that 3rd spot and just shy of 100 points with 99.
Looking forward to hopefully some close games and long series in NLHS 4 playoffs. Congrats to all.

And there it is. A huge win to clinch our first Division crown. Eric Staal had a 5 point game to give the Metros 3 players with point per game seasons. Stamkos and Crosby slowed down after December but still finished with a combined 216 points.
On the farm, the Thunder Birds take their 2nd conference and 3rd division titles.
Jason Arnott finishes the season with 'God Mode' still on with 81 goals, 90 assists, 171 points in 83 games..

One thing that can be said about the Scouts this year. There was little grey area. It was usually either a win or a loss. Only 3 OTL's!

Well, the Titans may not have made the playoffs, but ending the season with two straight wins over the Mariners is pretty damn good.
Clippers also end the season with three straight wins, the last two of those coming against the regular season champion Beauport Harfangs. They will face Chicoutimi in the first round.

At least the Nords didn't beat your 112 point record Justin.

Well my first season as a GM is in the books. It was a season of polar opposites. The reborn 67s franchise has begun a long journey to relevancy. Next season should mark some improvement. In the other hand GMing Finland was fun and the results were surprising and completely opposite to the 67s!
Time to enjoy the GC!
