You do realize Cape Breton was a middle-of-the-pack team in the QMJHL last year, right? Their results aren't that shocking. Try sending Halifax, Baie-Comeau or Val d'Or over to play, and then tell me if they are "CHLosers". Hell, a 1/3 of the teams in the whole CHL would've done a better job than Cape Breton.

Tolpar finished in virtually the same spot in the MHL. Hell, Dinamo Shinnik finished 28th in the league and got through fine! Spartak sold half their team from last year and still made it through on a tiebreaker. Quebec was supposed to originally go, but they chickened out!!
