Ah hell.. gonna be waiting a few weeks to find out from doc who gonna refer me to a knee specialist for checking into whether I will have surgery or so.. I do know my right knee has a cartlidge tear so will have to find out.. Ask to go to the Fowler Kennedy clinic they are the best in Canada and North America. I am having them do my shoulder torn rotator cuff torn Labrum and Torn miniscus. I have had 9 knee operations to date and Dr Willits has done the last 3 I believe. He is doing my shoulder also.

I will have to consider that.. but want to know what my doc will suggest for me in a couple weeks before I decide to do that.. so surgery will be a good idea to get my knee back to normal.. was told by someone else I might miss a week at best of no work and back at it a couple weeks later or so.. not bad as I do work in the office as a data entry clerk at one part time job and the other part time job is at a pizza resturant where I am a dough maker (sometimes scullery worker) so it would be easy not to stand around so much all day doing dough or dish work and strain my knee to the point that I have to stop to take a few breaks to move around and shake my leg out a bit more to get back in to the groove of it again till end of shift.. ah oh well .. but your tip about the Fowler Kennedy clinic I will ask my doc about that see what he says if he knows that clinic well enough..

Well Fowler Clinic is where Hackett Stevie Y and Lindros and all of Athletics Canada athletes come to get fixed up same with many ball players and all of the UWO athletes.

Hemsky and Dipietro over here. You guys got to take it easy on the rough housing eh? First knee operation at 16 playing JR B hockey torn ACL MCL and lateral ligaments and it went downhill from there cus I never listened to my surgeons and always started playing again before I was supposed to lol. Just like at 12 when I broke my wrist I cut the cast off with a saw in the basement so I could get back on the ice just had my trainer wrap it before games and practices lol.

Concert last night was fucking INSANE.
I came home sore all over from the mosh pit lol....I fell twice
Nearly spent all $20 I brought on wristbands from the different bands xD. Some people had unfortunate shit happen to them though. My friend Anastasia got elbowed in the face when Patent Pending took the stage. Her glasses flew off, and someone stepped on them. And to add insult to injury (or vice versa?), she broke her nose.

Other unfortunate moments from last night:
-My best friend leaving BBQ sauce containers from McDonald's in his pockets and them subsequently popping open on his iPod and money
-My girlfriend burning my left leg on my shorts with a cigarette
-My friend (who was in one of the opening bands) losing a glasses lens in the mosh pit (he found it eventually in one piece)

crazy kids actually, we just hired a new guy at work for my freight team, got to talking the other day and found out we dig the same type of music, both play instruments, want to start a band and live about 5mins from each other... so obviously, the band is formed! or at least half of it.

What instrument do you play?

everything... guitar for this one My friend (the one who lost the glasses lens) is the lead guitarist and singer for his band. They aren't bad, but he CAN. NOT. SING. Oh well, at least I got to see Patent Pending! They've been playing here for 7 years now...they're based in Mount Sinai, on Long Island, approximately a 3 hour drive.

one of my old friends from Philly is in a death metal band called "With Immortality", if you ever get a chance to see them you should, they play all over the east coast, I don't like a lot of death metal but they are very good!

I don't really like death metal either but I'll check them out if they come to Stroudsburg!! (Probably the most convenient drive from where I live - 15-20 minutes, compared to Wilkes-Barre, which is 45, Allentown, an hour, and Philadelphia/Newark, both 90 minutes away)

Right on man. I'm actually really good friends with Sean Foreman. I'm not big on 3OH!3's material, but its fun to hit bars with him in LoDo Denver and watch the ladies throw themselves at us...mostly him haha.
